2.Second step - Janet goes into an in depth questionnaire regarding lifecycle, diet and genetics. 


3. Third step- In salon treatments once a week for 6 weeks. Prior to the 6 week treatments, Janet performs ROST - residue on scalp treatment. This takes away any excessive residue. This treatment clears away any debris that may be blocking the hair shaft.

4. Final Steps - After the 6 weeks of in salon treatments, an at home medical shampoo is recommended along with a serum in addition to low level light therapy.
