Safety for our Community

We founded The Parlor on the principles of community. And as such we’ve worked to create a one-of-a-kind, luxury beauty and wellness center with leading industry experts. We’ve been in this together from the start. 

We’re excited to open and share the extraordinary destination we’ve built — and we take our responsibility to provide a fully operational workplace that is both luxurious, pristine and safe very seriously.

As we prepare for our opening on Monday, July 13, here are the safety protocols we’ll be following.

Facility cleaning and sanitization

As a building and facility management provider, our team will follow high-level disinfection protocols and hygiene standards in accordance with state guidelines and the CDC. All common areas will be cleaned throughout the day.

Social distancing practices

Our space is beautifully designed with both large, open spaces and private suites that support social distancing practices. Our team will ensure that our members and their clients have the space they need to feel safe while waiting for our lounge and private seating areas. 

Mask requirements

We kindly ask that anyone who comes into our establishment wear a mask. This includes all employees, members and clients. The exceptions are when dining in the café or eating in the member’s  lounge. 

Temperature and wellness checks 

All Parlor employees will receive a temperature and wellness check when entering the facility each day.

Fast check-ins

Please advise your clients not to arrive early. Our concierge will check clients in and guide them directly to your suite and/or waiting area where you will receive them. 

Staggered appointment scheduling

To avoid clients waiting outside the suite, please ensure you have allotted enough time to turnover the suite between clients and are ready to receive them on time.

Enhanced cleaning and sanitation measures

Throughout the facility and in high-touch areas and surfaces such as the lobby, bathrooms, lounges and door handles throughout the day.

Hand sanitizing

Hand sanitizer will be readily available for clients to use at check-in.
